Mitchell Marsh will miss the beginning of Australias Exam summer after punching a wall and breaking his off hand.
After the Western Australia all-rounder was dismissed on Sunday in a Sheffield Shield match against Tasmania the incident occurred.
Marsh said it was auncharacteristic andisolated incident that wouldnt happen again.
Occasionally you get defeated, and occasionally you get out, and you also cant be punching walls, he explained.
Its a good lesson for me, and its a fantastic lesson for other individuals also.
Marsh, who had been wearing his gloves once he shattered his hand and struck the wall, will likely soon be out for four to six months.
