Batsman Joe Denly states England are a»better team» with Jason Roy on their side after he affirmed he’ll swap places with all the opener to the fourth Ashes Test against Australia.
Roy has fought in the series up to now, scoring 57 runs in six innings.
He’ll fall to the Old Trafford Test, which starts on Wednesday to number four, with Denly taking his place at the top of the order.
Denly stated it’s»great for England cricket» that Roy will continue to keep his place.
